Kevin Frost
Kevin Frost has been practicing law since 1995, concentrating on representing injured victims and their family members. Mr. Frost also represents families in wrongful death and survivorship claims.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Frost received his degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, graduating with High Honors in 1989.

Mr. Frost worked in both the private and public sectors. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Frost worked as an auditor for Price Waterhouse, LLC and Porter Chadburn, PLC.

He graduated from the University Of Illinois College Of Law in 1995. He also clerked for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office.

His background offers him the ability to analyze and focus on many complicated details involved in complex personal injury cases. He is currently a member of the Alumni Board at the University Of Illinois College Of Law.

Mr. Frost is recognized as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for having been Principal Counsel in cases that resulted in a final judgment, award or settlement in favor of his or her client in an amount of one million dollars or more.

Mr. Frost is also a member of The National Trial Lawyers:
Top 100, a group of trial lawyers from each state who meet stringent qualifications as civil plaintiff lawyers, and who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, and public profile.

Mr. Frost has successfully represented victims throughout the State of Illinois in hundreds of cases, including trucking accidents, bus accidents, auto accidents, construction and scaffold accidents, toxic tort / mold cases, tavern / bar liability incidents, premises liability and workers' compensation litigation.

Mr. Frost has represented injured clients against trucking companies, public transportation providers, product manufacturers, railroad companies and nursing homes. Mr. Frost has recently been involved in litigation on behalf of several families concerning a Canadian National Railroad Train Derailment and explosion in Rockford.

Additionally, he was involved in the representation of clients in a number of defective medical devices, including DePuy ASR hip replacements and Stryker hip replacements.

Mr. Frost has handled numerous injury claims, including workers in a variety of employment settings, in his career and has obtained several million dollars in settlements or verdicts on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Frost was also elected as an Alderman to the City of Rockford City Council. He is the Chairman of the Legislative and Lobbying Committee. He also serves as a member of the Planning and Development Committee.

Kevin is a lifelong Rockford resident. He attended Rockford Public Schools and graduated from Guilford High School. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Accountancy. He also graduated from the University Of Illinois College Of Law.

Kevin is a principal / an officer at the law firm of Clark Frost Williams  Zucchi.  His law practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, transportation liability and premises liability.

Prior to joining Clark Frost Williams Zucchi in 2001, Kevin gained experience with a Chicago-based full service law firm and as an attorney for the City of Rockford Department of Law. During his employment with the City of Rockford, he handled zoning, land use, property standards, building and community development issues. He also prosecuted traffic, DUI, and various code violations.

Kevin is a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, where he serves as a lector. Kevin and his wife Lisa have two children, Maddie and Libbie. In his free time, he can be found at his children's soccer games and swim meets.
